Drive up to the cool pines for an elevation training day. We will meet at the Upper Lake Mary boat dock and you can swim, bike run and then we will go to lunch at Grand Canyon Brewery. If you want to car pool send us a note in the comments. Leaving the valley approx 5am returning about 3pm. Everyone and every club is welcome to join, younger than 18 parents must attend.
